We got 4 Silkie Chickens to add to our flock! Silkies are so adorable, but do have some differences and special needs compared to the other chickens. To temper the glass, I heat a large pot of water and add the glass and slowly bring to low boil. I remove and let cool down. I heat the candle wax to 185 degrees and add 15-20 drops essential oil of choice. I let the wax cool down to 140 before pouring into the glass (be very careful). I add dried flowers of choice after the wax has had some time to harden, but still a bit soft on top. After 8-24 hrs the candles are ready to burn. RECIPES- Homemade Meat Balls 1 lb Ground Turkey 3 Tablespoons Parmesan 1 Clove Garlic Grated Fresh Herbs (I used fresh basil, oregano, thyme, parsley) 2 slices of bread chopped Pinch Of Salt & Pepper Bake at 375 until brown. Add to crock pot with marinara of choice and cook on low or high depending on serving time. Toast sandwich bread with drizzled olive oil and dried Italian herbs. Add Meatballs and marinara. Add Mozzarella, and broil on low until cheese is melted. Add Parmesan. Peach Popsicles- 2 Peaches Chopped 2 Cups Chamomile Tea (with 2-3 tablespoons honey added while hot) Blend when the tea has cooled and add to Popsicle molds.
