Not only you can turn on and off your aquarium light, but you can also dim it super smooth from 0-100% and set up to 8 custom timers to change the light intensity throughout the day. And the best thing is - it doesnt ramp up in steps, instead it ramps up gradually little by little creating a full sunrise and sunset effect with the intensity of the light. It comes at a super affordable price and can be used for any Twinstar Light and basically any other LED Light with similar type connectors. I haven't tested it my self with any other Light than the Twinstar 1200SP, but the friendly guys over at Liquid Nature (who I got it as a gift from) use it with the smaller models too. The model I’m using in the video is the so-called “S2 Pro” Adapter: Beware the Amazon links might have different content and some are missing the adaptor. Some people have commented with force one is still able to connect the remote to the light, however, I wouldn’t recommend doing it, or do it at your own risk. Buy separate adapter here: https://amzn.to/2VOl0eU * As for Co2 supply: I would run the Co2 for the core period of 25+% intensity A simple schedule can be as the following: Check my new schedule: 1: 0% One minute between 2: 10% Ramp up over 30 mins 3: 100% Keep 7,5hours for the main day cycle 4: 100% Ramp down over 30 mins 5: 10% One minute between 6: 0% This gives 30 mins soft ramp up and 30 mins soft ramp down and solid 7h at 100%. The ramp up and down would count as another total of solid 0,5h of light giving you a total photosynthetic period of about 8 hours That 1min ramp from 0-10% is necessary as I noticed the Twinstar light flickering at very low dim levels.
