Wolfgang's Steakhouse is one of the best steakhouses in NYC and Wolfgang's is still serving the original Peter Luger recipes. Founded by Wolfgang Zwiener, the former head waiter at Peter Luger of more than 30 years, Wolfgang's Steakhouse serves steak in the Peter Luger style, uses the Peter Luger meat supplier and its dry aging method, carries many of the Peter Luger menu items, such as the Peter Luger thick cut bacon, the Peter Luger sliced tomatoes and onions, and the Peter Luger german potatoes, and has waitstaff dressed in exactly the same manner as the Peter Luger waitstaff.
