Hey, Hey, Hey! - It's Fat Albert [September 12th, 1971 TV Broadcast] [AUDIO ONLY] [With Commercials]
For the first time on YouTube: the audio of the long lost 1969 TV special "Hey, Hey, Hey! It's Fat Albert" Sourced from a 1971 reel to reel recording taped at 1 7/8 IPS. This was presumably taped off KOAA-TV NBC Channel 5 in Colorado on the special's final broadcast on September 12th, 1971 at 6:30 PM. This recording is complete with commercials and NBC ID, taped directly from the TV feed. This was acquired in a lot of 36 reel to reel tapes, all taped at 1 7/8 IPS on both sides and on all 4 tracks, totaling over 400 hours of early to mid 1970s television. Link to the raw transfer (flac & wav) in the comments. I do not own the special. I am uploading this purely for non-profit preservation purposes.
