Join me for a 30 Minute Standing Pilates full body workout you can do anywhere. This workout will build stronger core, arm and leg muscles through fun balance challenges, static holds and exercises to really work the Leg, Hip and Core Muscles. Prepare for shaky legs during and post class! It will be based on my Pilates and Dance background and I've created this to get you up and moving! It can be used as warm up to a longer workout or standalone as daily workout or active recovery session.
