Today I am making an easy and delicious recipe for Mexican style strawberry horchata. Horchata is a rice milk drink that can be made with or with out the addition of milk. Once you blend the soaked rice and cinnamon stick, just strain, add sugar, vanilla extract and serve on ice as a refreshing dairy free beverage.
