Lyon metro all the lines compilation

The Lyon metro is a mostly rubber tyred metro system situated in the city of Lyon. The system consists of 4 lines 3 of which are rubber tyred these 3 lines are completely underground. The trains are small but come very frequently with gaps of around 90 seconds at peak hours. It was originally built in 1974 and the first fully automatic line was inagurated in 1992. Unlike the majority of automatic metro lines lines B and D do not incorporate platform screen doors. Line C is the only steel wheeled line in the system and due to it originally being a funicular, it has the steepest station in the world. This system serves it's city well and if you ever find yourself in Lyon I definetly reccomend taking the metro.
