Primitive Mud Oven - A Snake on the Roof of my Shelter - Baking Bread in the Forest (Part 17)

Primitive Mud Oven - A Snake visited my Shelter - Making a primitive mud oven in the forest next to my long-term bushcraft shelter - Building a platform and a roof to protect my oven - Baking bread - Drinking mint tea - Preparing an eggplant spread with tomatoes and garlic. No talking, only peaceful nature sounds. I built my oven using materials I could find nearby in the forest - I took some sand from the stream bank (unfortunately there was not enough sand and the oven has many cracks, but I will fix that problem and fill the cracks on my next trip), yellow earth, rocks, straw/dried grass, and water from the stream. The snake that visited my shelter is not dangerous - we call them "house snakes"- Natrix natrix, they won't harm you and they will go away, fearing you if they see you, as it happened with this snake. I saw some little brown mice near my shelter, one of them had been hiding in my roof sometimes, so I guess that was what the snake was looking for.
