Philip Van Impe is a Brigade General (Ret) of the Belgian Armed Forces and a proven leader both as a soldier and as a citizen. His military career granted him remarkable insights and perspectives into the differing conditions, cultures, and leaders of the world. It is with these experiences and encounters that molded him into the astute leader he is today and positioned him to serve as the Chair of Leadership of the Belgian Royal Military Academy.
