Chicken wings, pig tails, breadfruit, okra, carrots, green sauce, pumpkin, spinach, and green bananas are among the most popular ingredients used. Our cook prepared all of the ingredients (breadfruit, lemon juice, green bananas, chicken, saltfish, peppers, onions, carrots, green onions, squash, greens, cauliflower, dumplings, and coconut milk with saffron) and put them in a huge pot. He let them cook for 45 minutes and we had oil down! I also enjoyed a beer in paradise, went for a swim, and took a quick tour of the property!
