In this video, I will show you how to make delicious BBQ chicken on the Weber Kettle grill with one of my favorite grilled/bbq chicken recipes! Trim chicken thighs per the instructions in the video if you choose. 2. Put the chicken thighs in a plastic bag, and dump the bottle of italian dressing in it. Let the chicken marinade for at least two hours, but preferably overnight. 3. After the chicken has marinaded, season with SuckleBusters SPG and Ash Kickin' BBQ Honey Chipotle per the video instructions. | Cooking | 1. Get a chimney of charcoal lit, and let it burn until it starts to ash over. 2. Once the charcoal has ashed over, dump the charcoal on one side of the grill and let the grill preheat for a few minutes. 3. Put the chicken on the opposite side of the coals, and let it cook for 10 minutes. 4. After 10 minutes, move the chicken over the coals and let it sear for a little bit. Then move it back to the "cool" side of the grill for another 10 minutes. 5. After another 10 minutes, 20 minutes total, sear the top side of the chicken. Be careful not to let it go too long over direct flames or the chicken will burn quick and easy. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 until the chicken reaches 175-180º F. 6. Once the chicken has reached 175-180º F, sauce with open pit BBQ sauce and let the sauce caramelize per the video. 7. After the sauce has caramelized, remove from the smoker and let cool for 10 minutes. 8. After the bbq chicken has cooled, eat and enjoy!
