Ingredients: 🥞2 Ripe Plantains 🥞½ cup Melted butter 🥞1 cup Milk (add more or water if batter is too thick) 🥞2 cups Flour 🥞½ tsp Salt 🥞¼ cup Sugar 🥞1 tsp Vanilla 🥞3 large Eggs Fry 2 mins each side on low heat.
