There has been a growing interest among refugee service providers in understanding the dynamics of gender-based violence (including domestic violence and sexual violence). This webinar is an opportunity to hear from a local, culturally specific organization, Womankind, learn the basics of understanding and recognizing gender-based violence (GBV) within refugee and immigrant communities, and explore what a culturally responsive approach to GBV services can look like.
