When I first saw Nintendo Switch Sports, I did not like what I saw from the game. I still sort of feel that way, even though I greatly enjoyed this session. I am incredibly against the shift from Miis to Sportsmates being the prime focus of this entry. But I am quite glad to enjoy these sports, with my Miis, with others online! Soccer feels very reminiscent of Rocket League, and I intend to get better at it. I hope to host more Switch Sports in the future, but I do wish I could somehow split people into separate rooms. I think its dumb if I have a full room, I can't play Tennis, Chambara, Volleyball, or other sports. I should be able to without issue. They simply could split us into separate rooms. Or even tournament style. Four teams of two in tennis battling against each other in a three-round tournament. I wish developers were more considerate of multiplayer gaming to this degree. Everyone deserves a chance to play.
