There were some changes this year that people thought might impact attendance, including charging $10 per person for admission. In the past, the Buddhist temple only charged for parking and it was $20 per vehicle. So did this and other changes (30 instead of 40 food and other vendors being another change) impact attendance? Also, it rained off and on and this made it hard to assess if attendance was lower.
