This week, Fulton County District Attorney, Fannie Willis, actually did an interview with M-S-N-B-C host Rachel Maddow, where Willis absolutely just blistered the hell out of house judiciary chairman Jim Jordan. Now, as everybody knows by now, Jim Jordan has made it his personal crusade to try to make Fanny Willis' life and job a living hell for her. He has threatened her with contempt of Congress. He has interfered in every way possible with her elect, uh, uh, not election, excuse me, with her prosecution, even though he has no jurisdiction over it. So Fadi Willis, in this conversation with Rachel Maddow had this to say about Jim Jordan. Jim Jordan has time, after time after time, attacked my office with no legitimate purpose. Anyone who knows Jim Jordan's history knows that he only has the purpose of trying to interfere in a criminal investigation. He has now turned his tricks to he, he's going to look at grant programs, which I invite him to do, and we have complied with his subpoenas, but yet he continues his attacks to try to interfere in a criminal investigation all while his jurisdictions has one of the worst crime rates, has poverty issues. I, I bring that up at the federal level because now at the state level, they've decided to follow this clown's lead and they want to now try to interfere in an investigation. And it's not legitimate either. And so it shall fail and it's not going to go anywhere. But they are trying to attack me at every level. Now, I love that she calls Jim Jordan a clown because I agree with her a hundred percent on that. I agree with her that the state of Georgia, that of course is now trying to investigate her, are also doing it for political purposes on Jim Jordan's, you know, lead. But it's that last line. It's that last line that she said right there that really gets to me. Listen to this again. They are trying to attack me at every level. The reason that stands out to me so much is the reason I love Fannie Willis so much. Now, if you think back, I was doing segments a year ago on Ring of Fire where I said I, I would love to see somebody like Fannie Willis take over from Merrick Garland as Attorney General. Why? Because she's a fighter. Because she doesn't back down. She does not get intimidated, and she doesn't take crap from anybody. Exactly what you want in a federal prosecutor, that's exactly what you want for a district attorney. It's exactly what you would want As an attorney general. And I know that's a big step. You'd a Fulton County District Attorney to Attorney General. But I stand by that statement because even though, yes, she had the fiasco where she was dating the guy that was working on her team, oh dear. Not illegal, by the way, a temporary lapse in judgment. Sure, but that doesn't change the work that she has done and the crap that she has gone through and still is standing, standing tall and standing strong. Now, I know that because of these ongoing complaints about her that Trump has had and the Republicans have, that her trial is probably not gonna take place in August like she had wanted. It is in fact going to be delayed because of people kowtowing to Donald Trump. But Willis is not gonna give up. I love what she has done. I love what she's doing, but most importantly, I respect and admire her strength because that is something that we don't see in most of these other prosecutors going after Donald Trump.
