Subaru Forester STi projector retrofit and driving lane conversion from LHT: left-hand traffic (RHD) to RHT: right-hand traffic (LHD). To order: https://retrofitlab.com/products/suba... This time we retrofitted and designed a kit for quite a cool and exclusive car, the Subaru Forester STi. Because this car was imported from Japan and the light pattern was based on driving on the left (LHT/RHD) it was not suitable to drive in Europe/The Netherlands. With this kit the OEM D2R reflector setup in LHT was converted to a bi-xenon RHT projector setup. We used the Aharon Optimus TR mini for the best fitment and light output. With this projector, the original HID xenon ballast can be re-used. With minimal effort, the light output is improved for both low and high beam and the headlights have the correct pattern drive on the right side of the road. These products are not ECE-approved and must not be used on public roads in any exterior application.
