Please contact me - [email protected] New Orleans typewriter collector I traveled to Morgantown, West Virginia, for the 10th annual antique typewriter gathering hosted by Herman Price and his wife, Connie. Herman has been collecting for 25 years and has accumulated over 800 typewriters. Collectors from around the world attend this yearly event to admire his private museum. How could one fit such a large collection under one roof? Only Herman can say. He has every foot print covered with typewriters from the ground to the ceiling. He has managed to organize and beautifully display them in a way for others to appreciate his passion. I had the honor to video this event and share my experience with everyone. What was there to do? EVERYTHING - free food, trades, auctions, movie night, presentations, speed typing contest, typewriter repairs, book signings and of course, mingle with people that share the same passion.
