Treated my girls with a night-in at ITC Royal Bengal Hotel in Kolkata to celebrate my new job. 😃 Total Price: One bedroom apartment 21450 Rs. per night (incl. taxes) This included breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pros: 1. Feel free to ask for the same room in higher floors (depends on availability) 👍 2. Great service at The Brass Room 3. Foods at the Grand Market Pavillion were delicious! must try the Mutton Biriyani if you are a non-veg person. 😋 4. Prompt house-keeping service 5. Polite behaviour of the staffs 6. Helpful front desk assistance 7. Hotel infrastructure is a treat for the eyes 🤩 Cons: 1. You need to call the front desk (common number) for refreshments. On arrival there were no refreshments in our room and staffs didn't convey the same to us 👎 2. Delayed check-in 3. Expected a bit more warm welcome Notes: 1. Feel free to ask for the same room in higher floors (depends on availability) 👍 2. Early check-in depends on the availability of the room 3.
