The Battle for Dol Amroth is a great battle that takes place between Aragorn and the Numenoreans of Dol Amroth versus the evil forces from Mordor, lead by the Dark Lord Sauron. On the map of Middle-Earth from the Lord of The Rings, Dol Amroth is situated on a peninsula in Gondor facing the Bay of Belfalas. The city is only defended by 2,000 brave Numenorean warriors, and they are heavily outnumbered. Approaching are some 12,000 orcs and evil men. In the nearby city of Edhellond, an army of some 4,000 cavalry have mustered to aid Dol Amroth. The city can not be lost to the forces of evil. But do the cavalry of Edhellond arrive in time?
