I need to unlearn what ‘success’ is - a simple mindset for a new year When I'm talking about 'success' here, I'm curious about what messages we each received growing up about what it is to be a successful adult and someone of which we can be proud (specifically in the area of your career and lifestyle). I am curious if you feel that we often focus on things that may not actually bring us lasting joy, or if it has actually been something that has helped you on your path. I don't have the answers here, but I think together we could offer some interesting perspectives. Perhaps for you being successful is cultivating a loving family, practicing kindness to yourself and others, or being more mindful.
