I recently embarked on my very first 30-day no-buy / no-spend challenge for clothing. I decided that I wanted to do this no-buy challenge because I realised that I had started to overindulge in second-hand clothes. I wanted to break from the cycle of overconsumption, as well as see what I learned from the experience.
