Resto Designs website : https://www.restodesigns.com Gone is the 2.0 16V with 02S 6 speed gearbox and in it's place I dropping in a light weight E111 small block 1.4 engine from the Golf mk3 ABD 60hp, This engine looks the same as the mk2 1.3 55hp motor, but this 1400s build has the 3F Muti point injection inlet manifold, dbilas 272º cam and standalone k-date ECU. My aim is 100hp and hopefully a lot of fun to drive due small high rev motor and a drop in weight of some 50-60kg over the front wheels.
