We're looking at a 1960 Chevrolet El Camino Restomod in Blue Paint. The car features a modified LS4 V8 engine. The car's Owner is Bill Horner. Bill’s had this car since 2018. Bill shares he not really a “Car Guy” however when his Friend offered him the car for $600.00 he saw in his mind what the car could be, and then took the next year and ½ and with some help, and created what you see today.
