In this episode we are going to explore the virgin forest of Namdapha National Park, located in Changlang district of Arunachal Pradesh. After exploring the upper reaches of Arunachal Pradesh, its time we come down and explore the forest region as well. The drive of approx 150 kms, from Roing to Miao, the town located on the outskirt of Namdapha Tiger Reserve has been a smooth one and it was in the afternoon when we reached our destination for the night. We were to proceed towards Namdapha Forest the next morning when the entry gates open up for the day. In the evening we spent our time strolling in the market for some time and then heading to the bank of Noa Dihing river to watch sunset over there. We started for Namdapha at dawn while it was still dark outside. The journey till Deban camp was a very beautiful one passing along forest tracks, villages and river banks.
