Finally managed to get some seat time on one of Giant's new 29ers - the 2019 Trance Advanced Pro 29er 1 - and took it for a spin at a new destination for me, the Te Miro MTB trails in the good ol' Waikato. I loved the weight and agility of the 29er, it climbs like a goat, and Giant's engineers have managed to get some deep feeling from the 115mm rear suspension travel.
