My Journey to Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica for my First Ayahuasca Experience

In this video I travel to Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, to do, among other things, four days of plant medicine (ayahuasca) ceremonies. Rythmia is an all-inclusive, medically licensed luxury resort and wellness retreat in Costa Rica that specializes in holistic healing of body and mind. When Gerard Powell, the Founder of Rythmia, started his journey toward optimal health and well-being, he was a successful businessman worth millions of dollars but was profoundly unhappy. His search for the purest forms of medicine and the most effective ways of healing led him to create Rythmia, a life-transforming, luxury health and wellness center. Driven by the ease of awakening through alternative therapy programs, he decided to make it his life’s mission to show others there is indeed a shortcut to happiness. Gerry, today, is beloved by all who know him. I consider him to be a real force of nature and, despite how difficult plant medicine ceremonies often prove to be, can't wait to get back to Rythmia for another round.
