Chordal, triad based double stops, lead ideas and textures that work so well for creating memorable guitar parts and solos. This stuff is session play, studio gold! The idea, as always, is to play tastefully to serve the song. In this case, we're playing in an Americana, Country/Pop, singer-songwriter style. But of course, this stuff is genre-less really and works in any style your imagination can muster! Cultured, compelling and complementary to the song.. those are the three "C's" we should care most about. We use triads and simple chord shapes to generate compelling lead guitar parts and solo ideas in this thorough, deep dive study in the Key of C.
