I can hear my mistakes, patterns, and inconsistencies so clearly today. However, 3 years ago I didn't know what I know now. The feedback that you get from native speakers - "Oh, your English is great! Your accent is cute. I love accents!" - is not very helpful. You know it's not about the accent. It's about your ability to create a change in yourself. You can't change what you can't see. That's why we need feedback from others, who can see what we can't. This is NOT a demonstration of my perfect accent. This is my process, not the final result. This is the improvement I have created in the last 4 months, and I am committed to continue my practice. You can't NOT do what you know needs to be done. Now that I see it, I can't ignore it. If you're advanced, and people have been telling you "Oh, your English is great! Don't worry", but you know that you need more, I might have something you need. If you sell in English, you know why you need more. If you create content in English, if you write in English for the whole world to read your works, if you raise bilingual children, if you want to build meaningful relationships with people in English, you know exactly what I mean. Expressing a simplified version of you is not enough. You're seeking tools for full self-expression in another language. You want to sound like YOU, you want to be YOU in another language. And yet, you sound like someone who's trying too hard or someone who gave up trying. Our Accent Training Program is not only about accent. It's about finding YOUR voice in English.
