I typically journal an average day in the life of my higher self (what time does she wake up, what car is she driving, where does she live, what does she do for work, who are her friends, what does she do during the day, etc.). DON'T forget to put a lot of feelings behind it! Then I take that journal entry, and I start planning how I'm going to live that exact day, even if it's just for 24 hours! I save my money, and when I have this day, at the end of the day, I make sure to journal how that day made me feel! This is the magic of a higher self day!
