A step by step guide on assembly of the Arctica Solar Air Heater kit, available at the links below*. * September, 2022 update: We are now back in stock on DIY heater kits WITHOUT the aluminum frame rails. All other parts - the absorber, PV panel, thermostat, switch, fan and filter are part of this new kit. To build your heater you'll have to provide your own glass, insulation (polyiso) and framing material (we'd recommend wood or aluminum angle bracket). All materials except for the glass are available from a local big box hardware store. Tempered glass can be ordered custom from a local glass shop.
