Should I Watch DRAGON BALL Z or KAI in 2023? | History of Dragon Ball

Today I take a look at both the anime's of Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Kai, comparing them both, and thinking about which is the better option if you are trying to decide which one to watch! Dragon Ball Z was first released as an Anime in 1989 in Japan, with Dragon Ball Z Kai not being released until 2009. So with 30 years inbetween the releases of the same story, what arguments are there for watching each of these options?
