Make sweet soy sauce in less than 15 minutes. This is a quicker-to-cook version with more spices added. This sweet & salty sauce is good for dipping dim sum, spring rolls & other fried food . For those who are unfamiliar with the taste of cinnamon, it may take a little 'getting used to' to appreciate this dipping sauce. Thank you for all the support!
