Kuang Si Falls was the HIGHLIGHT of our visit to Luang Prabang and is a must-visit on your Laos itinerary. We hopped on our scooter to explore the best things to see in beautiful rural Laos, of which Kuang Si waterfalls were our first stop! With its multiple tiers and stunning views, this natural wonder showcases Mother Nature at its finest. The cascading water forms beautiful natural infinity pools, surrounded by lush jungle, perfect for swimming and relaxing. While swimming in the waterfall is popular, don’t miss the chance to hike to the top of Kuang Si for a unique, off-the-beaten-path experience. At the top, you can take a serene bamboo raft ride to the spring of Kuang Si Falls. After exploring the waterfalls, we hopped on our scooter to discover the peaceful outskirts of Luang Prabang. We enjoyed expansive rice fields and the beautiful green landscapes of rural Laos, even finding a hidden gem!
