Since this was a monolithic slab foundation, this wasn’t a terribly complicated task. And because we weren’t pouring walls (like you would with a basement), it didn’t take long for the concrete to dry out and cure. Even though it wasn’t a complicated job, it was still a big job because this was 27,600 square feet of concrete, 5 inches thick, with 12-inch footings, which translates to a lot of cement (a bit more than it would take to pour a foundation for a house or driveway). #selfstoragefacility #selfstorageinvesting #selfstorage #selfstoragedevelopment #concrete #concretework #concretefoundation #retipster #constructionmanagement self storage development,retipster,Self Storage Facility
