Surah Al-Baqarah is the second and longest chapter of the Quran. It was revealed in Medina and consists of 286 verses. It covers a wide range of topics, including guidance for individuals and communities, stories of the previous prophets, and rulings on various matters. Reading Surah Al-Baqarah has numerous benefits such as protection from Shaytan, increase in blessings, and purification of the soul. The Quran states: "And We have certainly revealed to you verses [which are] clear proofs, and no one would deny them except the defiantly disobedient."
