Campervan Weekend Getaway in the Lake District - Wild Swimming, Sunset Hike & Afternoon Tea

We spent a spontaneous weekend road-tripping around the stunning Lake District in the campervan. Even though we came totally unprepared, we had the best time! We kicked things off with a delightful afternoon tea in Pooley Bridge, checked out some amazing waterfalls, and Katie even braved the ice-cold water at Thirlmere Infinity Pool (I tried and failed – the cold is definitely not my thing)! The weather was not on our side at the beginning but it came around and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset hike up to Friars Crag. The views were incredible, and I highly recommend it!
