Greystone Griddle Grill Install in RV

Installed a Greystone 25" Griddle/Grill combo in the outside kitchen of my 2022 Torque 371 replacing the Flameking two burner stove my unit came with. I initially started cutting the metal countertop with a cutting wheel on a side grinder but it threw a lot of sparks making hard to see and follow the lines. Jigsaw, Recipsaw or Ocillating tool would be a better option. Torque in their 2023 models are installing the Greystone in a separate compartment just forward of the front door, I'm not sure but I believe it is designed to be removed to use. From the pictures I have seen there isn't enough clearance to cook in the compartment where it is stored. The dealer I spoke to didn't know anything about it and didn't have any 2023 models on their lot.
