𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞: in a bowl, put some Curd, Gram-Flour, Mustard Oil, Coriander Powder, Salt, Crushed Red Chili, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Dry Fenugreek Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Lemon Juice, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Salt Then add Jackfruit Pieces, wrap it properly and keep it for 15 minutes. Keep the pan for heating, put marinated Jackfruit & roast them dry. Then take them out in a bowl and keep them aside. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐲: In a pan, add Oil, Onion, Garlic, Green Chili, and Ginger Roast it then adds Tomato, Salt, Coriander Powder, Crushed Red Chilli, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder Roast it well then add Fry Jackfruit, Kitchen King Masala, Flavored Water, Curd mix it well then add Dry Fenugreek Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Crushed Whole Spices in it mix it well and give it whistles and then cook it on slow flame for 5-7 mins, Open the lid Then take a big bowl. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢: In a pan, put Oil, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Cumin Seeds, Cloves, Black Pepper, Green Chili/Ginger, and Onion roast it then adds Tomato, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, marinate jackfruit mix it & Roast it well then add Dry Fenugreek Leaves, cooked rice, Fry Onion, whisked curd, Coriander Leaves & Cooked it 15-20 mins. ------------------------------------
