I’m doing a modified POMODORO session — wherein I study for 30 minutes, then I take a short untimed break. I study again when I feel like my mind is ready. Feel free to pause the video if you want to take a longer break. This video does come with music because I personally prefer studying with some sort of lofi/hiphop beats in the background.
