Interview with Freestyle Frisbee World Champion Daniel O'Neill

Daniel O’Neill is professional actor/dancer currently based in New York City. He received his B.A. from Columbia University, where he studied Theater, Dance, and Economics-Philosophy. He is a two-time Freestyle Frisbee World Champion. His professional work includes theater, dance, commercials, film and tv, and even circus. In 2014-15, Daniel was the male dance apprentice for Pilobolus Dance Theater, during which time he performed internationally in Rome and Sanremo, Italy and was featured in a film conceived by Microsoft-founder Paul Allen and directed by Lee Hirsch. In July of 2015, Daniel performed in a lead role with Cirque du Soleil at the Opening Ceremony of the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto, Canada. In September of 2015, Daniel performed a solo act at the downtown nightclub/burlesque/theater The Box. In Sept 2019, Daniel, along with his partner Emma Kahle, won the gold medal at the 2019 World Urban Games in Budapest, Hungary.
