I went to Costco and bought a whole Strip Loin and cut it into individual NY Strip steaks. It takes a little extra effort but the results are amazing. You can control everything about your steak. The whole New York strip weighed 12.42 pounds and cost $9.19 per pound = $114.13 The New York Strips at the grocery store were $16.99 per pound If you were to buy 12.42 pounds of Pre cut Grocery store New York Strips it would be a savings of $96.87. I show how nothing goes to waste.
