The Tampa Bay Buccaneers great then explains that CTE is diagnosed after the brain of a deceased player has been examined. Therefore, AB couldn't possibly know if he has CTE or not. This prompts Coach PR to mention that Sapp once brought up the fact that he might have CTE. Sapp explained the 20-year window that likely would cause a football player to have CTE.
