I brewed up 10 gallons of a Mexican Lager with corn and split it into 2 fermenters. I fermented 1 with Diamond Lager yeast from Lallemand and the other with Nova Lager and served it to some friends and family. I'll be honest, I couldn't tell the difference, they were both good!
