GENTRI helps with this touching surprise for a local Army veteran on hospice

Every week, we surprise someone deserving of special recognition. We are proud to honor veterans this month and we recently learned about a Sugar City native named Nyle Garn who has lived a fulfilled life. Nyle served in the US Army from 1958-1960 and was then recalled from 1961-1962. He returned to eastern Idaho and he and his wife went on to have six kids, 31 grandkids and 38 great-grandchildren. Nyle is now on hospice and we wanted to thank him for all he's done with the help of the musical group GENTRI.We arranged a surprise with his family but Nyle had no idea we were about to show up and leave him with a special song and some gifts.
