Happy Friday, friends! Routines - something that can look so simple and easy on paper, but why can they be so hard to put into daily practice? I know I've struggled for years cultivating a balanced, sustainable routine that includes some healthy habits! However, this year in particular, I have finally been able to find a rhythm & routine that I enjoy, that I am excited about and that I've been able to stick with (which it huge for me!). Working from home in particular can be tricky with trying to stay focused and get work done while on the flip side also working too much and have way long hours! I've really wanted to incorporate balance in my life, keep things simple, and just enjoy the day to day! I hope this little daily week day routine video is inspiring in someway!
