Today in our village we harvest farm fresh Sweet Potatoes to cook and making Kuzhi Paniyaram recipe with Sweet Potatoes. In this video, We harvest Sweet Potatoes in the early morning from the field and then we make the process to cook. In Tamil Nadu, we call Sweet Potatoes as Sakkaravalli Kilangu and It's very tasty and Healthiest too. Normally we cook Kuzhi Paniyaram recipe wit rice flour but we use Seeni Kilangu for paniyaram. Sweet Potato is the healthiest recipe in our village. In our childhood, we eat as evening snacks.
