This video is part of a larger series exploring how to heal Attachment Disturbances, based upon Attachment Theory research. Today's video explores the specific challenges associated with Disorganized Attachment, and the issues this style most often faces in relationship to self and others. Disorganized Attachment has a wide range of patterns and behaviors, but at the core, we often see caregivers who were not safe, and so, out of all the Attachment styles, we most see unresolved trauma, both in the infants and in the caregivers.
