Cyrus "Glitch" Spencer was in Sacramento, CA as part of the Excel In Motion Dance Convention tour, and during that time we were able to film several videos. This particular video, however, was very special. This is Phoenix's very first dance video!! 8-year-old Sarah (aka Phoenix lil'Mini) was given the awesome opportunity to film this dance video with "Glitch" after only meeting him a few hours prior to filming! Sarah did absolutely amazing and deserves recognition for being brave enough to dance on film, along side Cyrus. Didn't she do a great job?? Here's what Cyrus had to say about Sarah via Instagram: "My inspiration 8 year old Sarah and she's crazy at animation.
