Some of the main advantages GARAGEDECK offered on this project was the ability to perform the 16’ high bays with a single leg as well as being able to easily accommodate many changing beam sizes – GARAGEDECK can quickly be adjusted from a 12” beam to a 36“ beam, any height up to 42”. There were 29 beam sizes on the first phase of this Conrac and 9 beam sizes on the second phase – with GARAGEDECK the contractor was able to adapt those 29 sizes back to the 9 sizes they needed for the next phase. Being a wood based system, GARAGEDECK is light enough to be moved by a single forklift – it doesn’t even have to be disassembled, the legs simply hinge-up and it’s ready to go.
